In the seventh series of SEED, adults ages 55 and up will learn about how to make decisions in real-life situations based on Christian principles.  Topics in this SEED series include but are not limited to:

• Body Works: Taking Care of Our Bodies,
  
• Passing Through: Understanding Death and Dying and
  
• I’m Crying, but I Don’t Know Why:  Depression and Other Mental Health Illnesses
